Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping times are in addition to processing time and depend on the carrier and destination.

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground, depending on fulfillment partner selection. Customers will receive tracking information once their package ships.

Flat Rate Shipping Fees

• 48 Continental States: $10
• Alaska & Hawaii: $25
• California (requires AB‑1263 verification): $15

California Orders

• AB‑1263 verification is required before shipment.
• Some deliveries may require an adult signature upon receipt.

Important Notes

• Processing time begins once the order is placed and verified.
• Transit times vary by carrier and destination; all shipping is ground unless otherwise specified.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses to avoid delays or additional fees.

• California AB‑1263 Verified Shipping: Flat rate $15 – Carrier selected by fulfillment; AB‑1263 verification required; delivery may require adult signature
