Here is how DUTYTAC processes and ships your order. If you have questions, please contact us.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
- Processing time begins once your order is placed and verified. Shipping transit time is in addition to processing time.

Carriers & Tracking
- Orders ship by ground service via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier is selected by our fulfillment partner based on your order and destination.
- Orders containing items from more than one warehouse may arrive in separate packages.
- You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
California Orders
- California customers must complete the California AB-1263 Verification Form before an order can ship.
- California orders ship with adult signature required at delivery. An $8 adult signature fee is included in the California shipping rate.
Where We Ship
- We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international addresses or U.S. territories.
