1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

Dutytac is an authorized dealer of firearms accessories and tactical components, including:

  • Optics

  • Weapon lights

  • Stocks and grips

  • Slings

  • Maintenance tools

  • Range gear

We do not sell firearms, serialized parts, ammunition, or NFA-regulated items.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase is legal in your location. Dutytac complies with California law, but we cannot guarantee legal compliance outside of California.

3. Ordering & Payment

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and secure checkout via Authorize.net.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Dutytac reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

LAW ENFORCEMENT EXCLUSIVE and BUNDLE & SAVE Category Tabs

Location: ORANGE COUNTY, CA

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Transit Time: Typically delivered within 3–10 business days via UPS Ground.
  • Please note this product category consists of bundled items that need to be sourced together in order to fulfill. (This may take longer, we will reach out to you regarding exchange or refund/cancellation in the event bundled items cannot be fulfilled)

Product Category Tab

Products in the PRODUCT category are shipped directly from one of our distributors. These orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly to your provided address via the shipping method you choose upon checkout (Processing time does not count as shipping time).

Shipping times are in addition to the processing times.

FLAT RATE FOR 48 CONTINENTAL STATES:

  • Ground – FedEx/USPS – $10.00
  • FedEx 2Day® – $15.00
  • FedEx Standard Overnight® – $25.00
  • FedEx Priority Overnight® – $35.00

FLAT RATE FOR PO BOXES:

  • US Postal Service – $10.00

FLAT RATE FOR ALASKA AND HAWAII:

  • FedEx 2Day® – $35.00
  • US Postal Service – $35.00 *For orders to PO Boxes

**USPS shipping services will be used for select residential drop shipments when choosing Ground Option. Carrier will be determined at shipping, and your confirmation will include tracking information.

*Important Notes About Products in the Product Category Tab & Drop-shipped Items

  • Return Policy: Items shipped directly from our distributors are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order is processed by our distributor(s), it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details once your item ships.

Address Issues & Restocking Fee

  • We are not responsible for shipments to incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient addresses.  THIS INCLUDES ADDRESSES WITH A MISSING UNIT, APT, OR SUITE NUMBER.
  • If an item is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will notify you once it is returned.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount, and customers are responsible for reshipping costs. Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as orders cannot be modified after submission.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 1–3 business days to find a resolution. You may:

  • Wait for the item to restock and ship the full order

  • Ship in-stock items first and send the remainder later

  • Cancel and receive a refund (refunds appear within 2–5 business days)

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following locations:

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • Virgin Islands

  • Military addresses

Some products may have additional restrictions due to local or state regulations. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with options.

5. Returns & Refunds

All items must comply with our shipping and drop-ship policies. No returns are accepted for drop-shipped items. Please verify your order before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dutytac, as an authorized dealer, is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Non-compliance with local laws

  • Delays caused by carriers or distributors

Your use of our products and website is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and product images are the property of their respective manufacturers. Dutytac is an authorized dealer and may use these materials for marketing and sales purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without express permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Modifications

Dutytac reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
