Products in the Online Exclusives category are shipped directly from our distributor. These orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly to your provided address. Shipping times depend on the selected carrier and destination.

**USPS shipping services will be used for select residential drop shipments. Carrier will be determined at shipping, and your confirmation will include tracking information.

  • Return Policy: Items shipped directly from our distributor, including Online Exclusives, are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order is processed by our distributor, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details directly from the distributor once your item ships.

Address Issues & Restocking Fee

  • We are not responsible for shipments to incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient addresses.  THIS INCLUDES ADDRESSES WITH A MISSING UNIT NUMBER.
  • If an item is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will notify you once it is returned.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount, and customers are responsible for reshipping costs. Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as orders cannot be modified after submission.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 1–3 business days to find a resolution. You may:

  • Wait for the item to restock and ship the full order

  • Ship in-stock items first and send the remainder later

  • Cancel and receive a refund (refunds appear within 2–5 business days)

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following locations:

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • Virgin Islands

Returns Policy

No Returns on Products: All sales are final once shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled by contacting us via email or phone before shipping.

  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • Online Exclusives: Due to distributor fulfillment, Online Exclusives cannot be canceled once placed.
