Dutytac does not knowingly market or sell products to minors.
Dutytac is an authorized dealer of firearm-related accessories, tactical equipment, and related products offered on this website.
Dutytac does not sell firearms, serialized firearm components, ammunition, or items regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA).
While Dutytac operates in compliance with California law and applicable federal regulations, we do not guarantee that products are legal in other states, territories, or jurisdictions. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Dutytac reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.

All orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, and fraud screening. Dutytac reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (does not include shipping transit time).
Shipping Rates:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Returned packages will incur a 20% restocking fee plus reshipping costs.
All sales are final. Dutytac does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products, including drop-shipped items, clearance items, or final sale items, unless explicitly approved in writing by Dutytac management.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before purchase. Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be considered for resolution on a case-by-case basis at Dutytac's discretion.
By placing an order with Dutytac, you agree to first contact our customer support team regarding any payment issues, disputes, or refund requests before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Customers understand and agree that:

Dutytac is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modification, which may cause damage, injury, or death. Customers assume full responsibility for safe and lawful use.
Dutytac shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, property damage, personal injury, or product misuse. All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dutytac, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of products, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics, and website design, is protected by intellectual property laws. Trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective manufacturers. No content may be copied without written permission from Dutytac.

Dutytac shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, government regulations, or internet outages.
